Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available on Fridays

Job Responsibilities
Assemble parts, components, and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards.
Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
Perform assembly and sub-assembly operations within established production timelines.
Rotate between workstations and learn multiple areas of the production process.
Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Inspect products and identify quality concerns.
Record measurements, production data, and completed work accurately.
Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes.
Support team production goals and assist with additional responsibilities as skills develop.
Qualifications
Required
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training.
Preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations.
Experience using hand tools or power tools.
Mechanical aptitude or other hands-on skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
