Responsibilities
Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, organizing, and staging materials for shipment or delivery.
Support material handling tasks, including pulling conduit in cold conditions and assisting with cutting wire in the wire room.
Operate a forklift safely and in accordance with company and safety guidelines.
Complete local deliveries to customer sites, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.
Handle physical tasks, including regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and participating in team lifts of up to 100 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the warehouse and loading zones.
Communicate clearly with team members, sales staff, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support consistent warehouse operations.
Show initiative and a strong work ethic, taking ownership of tasks and looking for ways to improve processes.
Develop product and process knowledge over time to support potential advancement into sales or other roles.
Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and driving requirements, including maintaining a clean motor vehicle record for delivery responsibilities.
Essential Skills
Previous warehouse experience, including order pulling, picking, and material handling.
Demonstrated ability to pull orders accurately while providing strong customer service.
Experience operating a forklift or willingness and ability to learn safe forklift operation.
Valid driver qualification with a clean motor vehicle record to perform local deliveries.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with warehouse and sales teams.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
