WELDER | ENTRY-LEVEL TO EXPERT

MIG Welding | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Starting Pay: $24-$32/hr + Automatic Raises + Unlimited Overtime

What You'll Do

Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel poles, utility structures, and fabricated components

Read blueprints, flat sheets, work orders, and welding layouts

Operate welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-acetylene equipment

Fabricate and weld structural steel components

Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality standards

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment

Follow production, quality, and safety requirements

Who We're Looking For

We are open to candidates ranging from entry-level welders with basic welding knowledge to highly skilled welders and fabricators .

Preferred Qualifications

MIG welding experience (Flux Core and Pulse experience is a plus)

Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

Experience with fabrication and measuring equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Bonus Skills

AWS Welding Certification

Technical welding training or trade school education

Forklift experience

Plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting experience

Heavy industrial or structural fabrication experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
