Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Executive Administrative Assistant opportunities in Framingham, MA (Hybrid role). Responsibilities for Executive Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:

· Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.

· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.

· Support and monitor HR and Talent Management programs to ensure timely and accurate execution.

· Respond to inquiries, conduct research, and handle sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism.

· Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate communication.

· Organize meetings, including room reservations, catering, agendas, materials, and follow-up activities.

· Manage department payroll, timekeeping, and administrative processes.

· Maintain documentation, filing systems, records, and spreadsheets.

· Provide administrative project support and oversee assigned initiatives.

· Serve as a proxy for designated systems and processes when required.

· Support leadership meetings, conferences, training sessions, offsites, team-building events, and department summits.

· Communicate important updates and information across departments.

· Provide backup support to administrative team members as needed.

· Analyze existing administrative processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidates for Executive Administrative Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 7+ years of administrative experience, including significant executive-level support experience.

· Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.

· Proven experience managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and processing expenses.

· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

· Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

· Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

· Resourceful problem solver with a customer-service mindset.

· Ability to take direction, work independently, and contribute as a team player.

· Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri

· Framingham, MA (Hybrid role)

Pay Details: $36.36 per hour
