Job Duties:This position operates within the Interstate Compact office on a daily basis. The core responsibilities include reviewing and processing requests for reporting instructions, managing email correspondence, and evaluating detailed case actions. Day-to-day functions focus heavily on completing time-sensitive administrative tasks within the Interstate Compact Tracking system, processing data reports, and providing back-up coverage for phone systems, case routing, and email queues.You'd be a GOOD fit if:Possess strong administrative skills.
