Job Duties:This position reports to the Clemens unit on a daily basis. Duties include reports, filing, typing. attending meetings, answering phones and emails. May have other duties assigned by administration.Clerical Support: Answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments. Document Management: Preparing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets; filing and organizing paperwork. Calendar and Scheduling: managing calendars, setting reminders, arranging travel. Data Entry: Inputting information into databases or tracking systems. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are up to date. Support for Leadership: Assisting supervisors or department heads.You'd be a GOOD fit if:you are a people person, multitasker and comfortable with computers.You'd be a GREAT fit if: Knowledge of office practices and procedures. Knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Knowledge of agency and departmental organizational structure, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations preferred.
