Now Hiring: Electrical Assembler - Schaumburg, IL

Salary: $20 - $22/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3pm

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for a rapidly growing client in Schaumburg! This is a contract-to-hire role with the potential for permanent placement in as little as 3-4 months, based on performance and attendance.

Job Responsibilities:

Hand soldering and wire splicing (26-30 AWG)

Assembly and soldering of cables for medical devices and manufacturing goods

Reading and interpreting wiring schematics and assembly drawings

Using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges, etc.)

Following standards such as IPC, J-STD, or NASA workmanship standards

Using pneumatic or hand crimp tools

Working under a microscope or magnification

Ability to sit for extended periods

Skills & Qualifications:

Professional work attitude and quality focus

Strong work history and reliability

Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity

Strong hand/eye coordination
