Machine Operator

Location: Longmont, CO

Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $22-$25/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a high-tech production team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll work with advanced manufacturing equipment, produce precision components, and contribute to the production of innovative products used in cutting-edge industries.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards and optimize production efficiency

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively

Assist with light electrical assembly and basic troubleshooting as needed

Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records

Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Qualifications

Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment

High school diploma or GED required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
