Are you an experienced warehouse and inventory professional looking for a stable 1st shift opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily production through inventory control, material handling, kitting, cycle counting, and ERP transactions. In this role, you'll work closely with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are available, accurate, and ready for manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and stage materials for production kits accurately and on schedule.
Pull, organize, and prepare inventory for daily manufacturing operations.
Partner with Production and Planning teams to ensure materials meet production requirements.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
Execute inventory transfers and transactions within the ERP system.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies while identifying root causes.
Participate in red-tag and quality review meetings involving nonconforming materials.
Organize warehouse locations and label racking for efficient inventory management.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
Promote and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications
Required Experience
2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and material movement
Previous ERP system experience for inventory transactions and transfers
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations
Familiarity with root cause analysis and inventory discrepancy investigation
Experience working within supply chain, warehouse, or materials management functions
Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus

This position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment where you'll work closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. The role combines hands-on warehouse activities with inventory management and ERP system transactions in a fast-paced setting focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
