Assembler - Cone Drive

Ludington, MI | $20.50/hour | 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Ludington! This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a stable manufacturing position on 1st shift.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Ludington, MI

Pay Range: $20.50/hr.

What's the Job?

Assemble mechanical components and parts according to work instructions and specifications

Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasksInspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Meet production and quality standards

Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently

Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned

What's Needed?

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is helpful, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts/tools

Dependable attendance and a positive attitude

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
