Assembler - Up to $22/hr | Paid Training | No Experience Needed

What You'll Learn & Do

Basic metal fabrication - measuring, cutting, prepping metal parts

Operate brake presses and spot welders

Grind, clean, and finish metal components

Get hands-on exposure to MIG & TIG welding

Assist with assembly, paint, and packaging

Work in a training environment that is hands-on, patient, and not rushed

Pay & Shifts

$20-$22/hr depending on experience and shift

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Higher pay for candidates with mechanical or welding experience

Tuition assistance available for welding school or certifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $2285.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
