Job Title: Entry-Level to high -level Assembler
Job Description
This entry-level assembler role involves building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with hand and power tools, follow blueprints to construct cooling systems and steel cabinets and learn new skills such as testing the machines once completed. This position requires standing throughout the shift and working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
Learn and perform machine building under guidance and training.
Follow production instructions and meet established productivity and quality goals.
Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a production team.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in a large manufacturing environment.
Support general production activities such as basic mechanical assembly, packaging, and handling materials as needed.
Adhere to all safety procedures and use equipment and tools in a safe manner.
Essential Skills
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints for assembly work.
Capability to stand throughout the entire shift in a high-speed environment.
Strong desire to enter and grow within the manufacturing industry.
Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
Knowledge or experience working with tools in settings such as general labor, construction, production, or mechanical work.
Exposure to production lines, packaging, or general labor environments.
Interest in learning brazing, grinding, and other fabrication-related skills.
Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
Willingness to rotate into other departments such as warehouse or fabrication over time.

Work Environment
This role is based in a very large manufacturing facility operating at high speed, though it is not an assembly line setup. The environment is clean but not temperature controlled, so it can become hot in the summer. You will be on your feet for the entire shift, working with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical components to assemble high-density liquid cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Multiple shifts are available, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, and you will work both independently and alongside a team in a production-focused setting. The facility supports cross-training and movement into other departments such as warehouse and fabrication over time, providing exposure to a variety of manufacturing operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
