Our company is growing quickly and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Position Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for targeting national and local opportunities. He/She will have strong prospecting and relationship building skills and a determination to succeed. He/she is highly motivated, follows solid sales processes, understands KPIs, has strong organization skills, and knows how to leverage a CRM to document a high volume of activity. This is a full-time role, reporting to the company Sales Manager, based at the company's headquarters in Lackawanna, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and/or pre-qualify sales leads through strategic account targeting, online research, proactive calling, emailing and messaging

Leverage platforms including Hub Spot, LinkedIn, Seamless.ai, and others at the direction of management to identify new prospects aligned with the companys strategic direction

Developing and managing accounts and closing business on a national and local level.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 - 4 years business development experience

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong relationship building, project coordination and analytical skills

Active listening skills with a keen attention to the detail

Ability to articulate value and quickly develop positive relationships with individuals from varied experience levels and backgrounds

A sense of accountability and responsibility for the goals of the sales team as a whole

Organized with a meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills

Is open-minded and in a constant state of personal development
