Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist for a remote contract opportunity. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, and will last 6 months. The CRM Marketing Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and eCommerce performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on CRM marketer with experience executing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, and automated customer communication campaigns.

Manage day-to-day CRM campaign activities including briefing, building, quality assurance, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.

Maintain and execute promotional, lifecycle, and triggered marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments.

Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of communications aligned with business objectives.

Analyze campaign performance and develop reporting that measures engagement, traffic, conversion, and revenue metrics.

Support audience targeting and segmentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Assist with A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion metrics, and overall campaign performance.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

Maintain campaign quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all customer communications.

Monitor CRM operations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies.

Provide ongoing support for marketing automation initiatives and customer journey execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or a related digital marketing function.

Experience building, deploying, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer targeting, personalization, and campaign testing methodologies.

Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making recommendations to improve results.

Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, QA processes, and customer journey execution.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
