Creative Development & Execution
Develop breakthrough, strategically driven creative concepts that communicate the brand in a fresh, memorable, and persuasive way.
Design and execute content across digital (site, email, social), print, and in-store signage, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
Translate seasonal and promotional strategies into cohesive, scalable design systems and campaign assets.
Produce highly realized work of the highest quality quickly to meet the demands of a fast-moving retail business.
Design Systems & Brand Stewardship
You have a self-directed ability to build, maintain, and evolve flexible design systems that scale across campaigns, channels, and store environments.
Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines while continuously elevating the visual expression of the brand.
Uphold an exceptional level of craft across typography, layout, imagery, color, and production quality.
In-Store Excellence
Lead design for in-store signage and environmental graphics, enhancing customer shopping experience.
Demonstrate strong understanding of print production, materials, and color reproduction.
Translate brand storytelling into clear, compelling physical experiences within retail spaces.
In-store Content Capture
Ability to create high-quality in-store content via still and video capture.
Ability and desire to create in the style of a content creator, applying strong compositional skills and elevated product selection and styling ability.
Agile Photo Studio Photography
Aptitude toward and willingness to learn and master base-level photographer skill set in pre-lit agile photography studio, producing simple but elevated product photography.
Requires strong compositional skills and keen merchandise styling eye.
Storytelling
Incorporate motion and digital storytelling principles where appropriate to enhance engagement and clarity.
Bring energy and pacing to digital experiences through thoughtful animation ideation and ability to direct motion designer
Ability to ideate and conceptualize original, compelling and clear concepts that drive consideration and sales in paid media platforms and video.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Creative Directors, Creative Supervisors, Copywriters, Brand, and Production teams to bring ideas to life.
Translate complex business and merchandising strategies into simple, engaging visually strong content.
Work seamlessly across teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Project Management & Execution
Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Oversee work through all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
Leadership & Communication
Present creative concepts and rationale clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, helping elevate team output.
Act as a proactive problem-solver who can work "beyond the brief" to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Candidates for Senior Marketing Designer must meet the following requirements to be considered:
5-8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.Proven experience working across multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store environments.
Skills
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly
Motion design ability After Effects or Adobe Express) is a plus.
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Deep knowledge of print and digital production
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Shift: Hybrid M-F; Onsite 8 AM/7:30 AM - 5 PM (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Pay Details: $46.46 to $59.30 per hour
