Job Title: Electrical Technician Job Description

Join our team as an Electrical Technician, focusing on new construction projects and fit-outs/retro-fits in both commercial and non-commercial settings. This role offers the potential for a long-term position based on the quality of work, reliability, and work ethic demonstrated over a 9-month contract-to-hire period.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical tasks in new construction settings.

Complete fit-outs and retro-fits efficiently and accurately.

Read and interpret blueprints to execute electrical plans.

Run and pull wires, ensuring proper installation.

Bend conduit to specifications.

Utilize and maintain hand and battery-powered tools effectively.

Ensure the proper use of site equipment.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical work from initial phases to finished work.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

Experience with wiring and the use of hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ownership of personal hand and battery-powered tools.

Familiarity with various site equipment and ability to dress appropriately for weather conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Robesonia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
