We are seeking multiple Entry Level Assemblers to join a growing aircraft parts manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Candidates will be placed in the department that best matches their skills and interests.

? Responsibilities

Assemble aircraft components and parts according to specifications

Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks

Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards

Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

?? Qualifications

Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on work

Assembly, manufacturing, automotive, construction, or related experience is a plus

Ability to use hand tools and follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable and team-oriented attitude

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainview, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
