Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a team in Centennial, Colorado in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, coordinating with vendors, and working across a variety of daily tasks in a structured office setting. The role offers the opportunity to build product knowledge through hands-on training while contributing to quote support, website pricing updates, and responsive customer communication.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product pricing and availability, ensuring accurate information is shared internally and with customers.

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates, answers, and follow-through on requests.

Support pricing maintenance by assisting with updates and accuracy checks for product information listed online.

Develop a strong understanding of product offerings through ongoing training and applied learning in day-to-day work.

Prepare and communicate customer quotes, order details, and related service information with attention to accuracy.

Enter and maintain customer, order, and pricing data within company systems and databases.

Handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication to support customer needs and vendor coordination.

Adapt to shifting priorities and take initiative in managing tasks independently throughout the workday.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office-based environment.

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without close day-to-day supervision.

Proficiency with basic computer navigation, accurate typing, and common office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience handling inbound calls, email correspondence, and customer-facing communication with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage data entry, order information, and database updates with strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to support a range of responsibilities rather than a highly repetitive task list.

Prior experience working with customer quotes, vendor communication, or order entry is preferred.
