Insight Global is seeking an Adobe Target & Customer Journey Analytics Lead for an enterprise, quick-service restaurant client. This individual will act as the go-to expert for Adobe Target and Customer Journey Analytics, owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital analytics, experimentation, and personalization efforts. On a daily basis, they will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of analytics and testing initiatives. They will design and launch A/B tests and personalized experiences across web and mobile channels, analyze performance data, and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. This person will also manage analytics tracking, ensure accurate data collection and reporting, support platform releases through QA and validation testing, and maintain documentation and governance standards. The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business and technical teams, taking a concept from idea to implementation, testing, reporting, and optimization while ensuring a seamless and data-driven customer experience.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience with Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms

Strong background in digital analytics, web analytics, and customer behavior analysis

Experience leading A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization initiatives

Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams

Experience with analytics QA, testing validation, and release support

Experience analyzing data and presenting actionable insights to business stakeholders

Strong understanding of website and mobile app analytic Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products

Experience with Quantum Metric or similar digital experience analytics tools

Consulting background (Deloitte, Accenture, Slalom, Publicis Sapient, Adobe Professional Services, etc.)

Experience supporting enterprise personalization programs

Familiarity with solution design documentation and analytics governance

Previous experience implementing Adobe solutions for large enterprise organization
