Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will act as the logistics representative within a multidisciplinary supplier account team. You will independently resolve complex supply chain challenges, drive supplier performance improvements, and strengthen supplier capabilities to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Build trusted, long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
Monitor supplier delivery performance using defined metrics and lead targeted improvement actions to close performance gaps.
Lead demand and supply-related escalations, coordinating stakeholders to drive timely resolution of supply chain disruptions.
Develop and maintain supplier capacity growth and flexibility plans that support current and future business demand.
Assess supplier Move Rate capability and implement capability improvement programs focused on delivery performance, order lead time, and operational excellence.
Identify supply chain risks across multiple supplier tiers and design and implement mitigation strategies to protect continuity of supply.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects that enhance logistics processes and overall supply chain performance.
Serve as the primary logistics point of contact within the supplier account team, ensuring supply chain considerations are integrated into broader business decisions.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, technology, supply chain, logistics, sourcing, procurement, or another complex operational environment.
Proven experience managing performance of contract manufacturers in high-tech industries.
Strong knowledge of logistics management principles, supplier performance management, and capacity planning.
Demonstrated experience leading supplier improvement initiatives and managing supply chain risks.
Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain planning tools, and data analysis applications.
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities across global organizations.
Deep understanding of supplier management, supplier relationship building, and supply chain planning and processes.
Hands-on experience with logistics management and working with suppliers in complex supply chain environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to supply chain and logistics challenges.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Background in high-tech manufacturing or technology-driven operations.
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning platforms.
Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain management in global environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Comfort working with data analysis tools to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Track record of driving supplier capability improvements in areas such as delivery performance and lead time reduction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
