Job Title: 2nd Shift Electromechanical Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join our team for the 2nd Shift, working from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for the precise assembly of equipment and products, focusing on wire harness preparation and assembly.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test wire harness connections with accuracy.

Read, interpret, and execute instructions and diagrams for precise assembly of equipment and products.

Use various hand tools and fixtures proficiently.

Conduct quality spot checks on products to ensure adherence to specified standards.

Report any product inconsistencies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Rework or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications.

Essential Skills

Very strong skills in wire preparation, cutting, crimping, and soldering.

2-5+ years of electromechanical experience.

Proficiency in all aspects of wire harnessing, crimping, assembly, and soldering.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Soldering or previous IPC certifications are highly desirable.

Minimum 3-5 years of assembly experience.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean production facility during the 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
