Role Summary
The Data Business Analyst Senior leads complex business analysis efforts that help Associated Bank improve processes, develop business strategies, and deliver technology solutions that create meaningful business value. You'll guide business analysis teams across medium to large projects, partner with business leaders, and help shape future business architecture. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise initiatives, mentor other analysts, and drive improvements across the organization.Key Accountabilities
Lead business analysis efforts at the program level, guiding teams through complex initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage and direct medium to large business analysis teams across multiple locations, supporting collaboration and effective delivery.
Develop complex business process models and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business value.
Assess current business area architecture and contribute to future-state architecture aligned with enterprise business strategy.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, influence strategy, and define effective solutions.
Facilitate design and integration sessions with implementation teams to develop solutions that maximize efficiency and business value.
Mentor and train business analysts in business analysis practices, techniques, and approved standards.
Apply subject matter expertise to guide business decisions, strengthen analysis, and support successful project outcomes.
Education & ExperienceRequired
Bachelor's degree in Financial Services, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in Information Technology, financial services, or a related functional industry.
Experience with project development life cycle methodology.
Preferred
8+ years of experience in Information Technology or the financial industry, including support of finance applications.
