What You Will Do
JOB SUMMARY
Lead and deliver strategic People & Culture projects and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Partner with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, and employee experience.
Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies to support successful implementation of initiatives.
Assess existing processes, policies, and programs, recommending improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, execution, and achievement of project objectives.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
Support organizational change, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and other priority business programs as needed.
Apply data, insights, and best practices to inform recommendations and decision-making.

Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of significant experience leading complex P&C, People & Culture, organizational transformation, or business change initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Annual Base Salary Range: $160563.00 - $214084.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
