Job Description

Coordinates diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.

Job Responsibility

Coordinates diversified medical office front desk duties which may include, but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in patients; Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information; Insurance verification of benefits and eligibility; Answering telephones, taking messages, and routing calls appropriately; Scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments; Maintaining provider schedules; Collecting copayments, balances, and other patient payments; Preparing and maintaining patient records; Scanning and filing patient documents; Assisting with patient forms and intake paperwork; Coordinating referrals and authorizations as directed; Communicating with patients, providers, and staff regarding front desk matters; Maintaining department/office files and records; Keeping inventory and ordering office supplies for the department/office; Supporting daily opening and closing front desk procedures;

Job Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $36980.00-$55690.00/year
