Hatch is seeking aTransit Business Analyst Intern. Reporting to the Infrastructuregroup, you will support offices globally working from our Denver, COoffice location.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or a relevant field
Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
As the successful candidate, you will:
Develop and/or assist in the preparation of cost models, financial models or business cases for projects and initiatives, for external clients and within Hatch
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts
Deconstruct high level information to identify the underlying fundamental drivers and aggregating detailed information to inform a holistic understanding
Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and deliver written reports, presentations, and verbal reports, as needed
Collect and summarize information using data collected from existing data sources, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions
Prepare cases and scenarios to assist analysts and consultants
Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs between planned objectives and business performance needs
Assist with administrative support, as required
Successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
You bring to the role:
Interest in learning how to write Power BI reports
Strong leadership initiative, commitment to excellence and personal growth
Keen interest in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure and supporting technical and business management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

Perform assignments related to your sector
Assist with preparation of detailed design for projects
Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications
Coordination with other technicians/engineers on projects
Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed

Compensation:
Range: $26 - $31
At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.
Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
