We are looking for an Account Representative to join our Automotive Refinish team covering Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

Surventis Refinish Coatings offers high-quality refinish paint brands and paint-related products to body shops from around the world. Our solutions are approved by the world's leading automotive manufacturers for the repair of their vehicles. We provide collision centers with a vast array of solutions that help drive their business performance and efficiency. At the heart of our business are our people and our trainers who take care of our customers' needs, including car painting skills, advanced body shop management solutions, and sophisticated management solutions.

As an Account Representative based in Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, or Rhode Island with the ability to travel 50% of the time, you will work with automotive collision repair shops and distribution partners to grow our market share.

As an Account Representative - Automotive Refinish, you will...

Execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility.

Increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business).

Document activity routinely via SalesForce.

Manage existing relationships and develop new ones.

Establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry.

Retain business and drive sales growth with a home base within the region.

If you...

Have a bachelor's degree (preferred). HS Diploma/GED is acceptable with relevant work experience

Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations

Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills

Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new Surventis business

Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
