Responsibilities
Defineandmaintaintheenterprisearchitectureroadmapfor Microsoft 365 messaging, collaboration, and communication platforms .
Providetechnicalleadershipandstrategicdirectionfor Microsoft Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Outlook, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services .
Leadarchitecturereviews,technologyevaluations,andsolutiondesignsessionstoensuresecure,scalable,andcompliantmessagingsolutions.
Partnerwith Engineering, Product Management, Security, Compliance, Risk, and Infrastructure teamstodeliverenterprisecollaborationcapabilities.
Develop andenforcearchitecturestandards,designpatterns,governanceframeworks,andintegrationstrategiesacrossmessagingplatforms.
Lead PCI-DSS compliance assessments ,auditreviews,andremediationeffortswithQSAsandregulatorystakeholders.
Drivecloudmodernization,platformtransformation,tenantintegration,andenterprisemessagingmigrationinitiatives.
Mentorengineersandtechnicalleaderswhileservingasanescalationpointforcomplexarchitectural,operational,andcompliancechallenges.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
Ten or more years of experience across multiple technology disciplines
Three or more years of project/team leadership skills experience

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
