What You'll Do

Take control of your income in a performance-driven sales environment with unlimited earning potential.

Work with qualified dealership traffic while proactively building your own customer base through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, helping them find the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Deliver engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that build excitement and confidence in the purchase decision.

Follow up with prospective and current customers using our CRM and proven sales process to maximize closing opportunities and generate repeat business.

Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals, repeat sales, and long-term career success.

Stay current on manufacturer incentives, product features, new inventory, and market trends to confidently position yourself as a trusted automotive expert.

Create an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.

Participate in ongoing sales training, role-playing, and professional development designed to help you increase your earnings and advance your career.

What You'll Bring

Success in a commission-based sales environment such as automotive, retail, wireless, furniture, fitness memberships, insurance, real estate, banking, or hospitality.
