As a Security Officer Full Time in Kenosha, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist with badge-related activities, document observations using computer or tablet systems, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Mon04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Tue04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Wed04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thur04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Have access control and badge experience, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
