Winter 2027 Co-op -Maintenance Excellence Data Analyst/Industrial Engineer ?
As a Winter 2027 Maintenance Excellence Data Analyst/Industrial Engineer Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will responsible for acquiring, processing, analyzing, and visualizing manufacturing data to support operational excellence, productivity improvements, and strategic decision-making. This role serves as the primary resource for transforming complex production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, MDS (Manufacturing Data System), Excel, SQL, and other analytics tools. This position plays a critical role in supporting highly automated manufacturing operations through data-driven decision making.
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

The KDP 2027 Co-op Program will run from January 4 th - May 21 st , 2027
Location: Essex Junction, Vermont
Full-time; 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday
8:00am until 5:00pm

As a Winter 2027 Maintenance Excellence Data Analyst/Industrial Engineer Co -op you will:
Key Responsibilities :
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from manufacturing systems, including MDS, MES, Tableau, SCADA and PLC systems, ERP systems, TTR, Quality Management Systems, CMMS, and data warehouses/cloud platforms.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.
Review Preventive Maintenance (PM) instructions and audit results to identify gaps in documentation, organization, training, materials, and performance.
Support the development and standardization of PM processes and documentation.
Business Intelligence & Reporting :
Design, develop, and maintain PM-related materials, checklists, dashboards, and reports.
Create executive-level reports and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
Manufacturing Analytics :
Analyze maintenance and PM trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Perform root cause analyses using maintenance and production data.
Analyze parts consumption, equipment failures, and work order trends to identify common issues and recurring failures.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through data analysis and visualization.
Identify emerging trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring corrective action.
Business Partnership :
Work directly with Mx leadership to define reporting requirements.
Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.
Train users on data interpretation.

Total Rewards:
$31 hourly pay
Paid bi-weekly
$5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Data analytics, business intelligence, or manufacturing analytics.
Working within a manufacturing, industrial, or automated production environment.
Building enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies
Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Knowledge of Tableau for data analysis and dashboard development
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting highly automated manufacturing facilities.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience working with large data sets and cloud-based data platforms.
