As an Unarmed Security Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will help maintain a welcoming environment through routine patrols, access monitoring, and outstanding guest service. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will communicate professionally, help identify security-related concerns, and support a positive experience for guests and staff while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking locations, common spaces, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.

Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with hotel staff, guests, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
