As a Security Officer Driver Unarmed Patrol Documentation in Wichita, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, airfield-adjacent perimeters, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with Allied Universal supervision and emergency responders as needed.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
