o do that well, we need someone who can see the big picture, connect the dots across teams, and drive the planning processes that bring our strategies to life. The Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning is a critical leadership role that sits at the center of how our marketing organization thinks, plans, and operates.

As the Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning, you will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP Worldwide Marketing and the broader marketing leadership team to shape strategy, drive integrated planning cycles, and ensure seamless coordination across functions. Minimum Qualifications

12+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business planning, management consulting, or a related field, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization

Proven track record of developing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and distill it into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across diverse functions

Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable working with data, budgets, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.

Experience working in or with consumer technology, media, or premium brand environments is a strong plus

Comfort working across time zones and in a globally distributed organization

A collaborative, low-ego working style with a genuine commitment to the success of the team over individual recognition

Passion for Apple's products, values, and mission

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with competing priorities

Proficiency in building executive-level presentations and strategy documents that drive decision-making

Bachelor's degree required

Experience operating at the intersection of brand, product marketing, demand generation, and PR

Deep experience leading cross-functional and cross-geo planning processes, including annual planning, goal setting, and portfolio prioritization
