Water park operations - scheduling and working with Maintenance

Costcontrolsandoverallprofitability

BasicknowledgeandunderstandingofPMS and credit card processing devices

Budgetingandforecasting

Policyandprocedure implementationandenforcement

Teammembertraining

Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision,scheduling,conductingcounselingandevaluationsanddeliveringrecognitionand reward.

Monitorandassessserviceandsatisfactiontrends,evaluate,andaddressissuesandmake improvements accordingly.

Meetandgreetguestsandrespondtoguestinquiries,requestsandissuesinatimely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.

Initiateandimplementup-sellingtechniquestopromotehotelservicesandfacilitiesto maximize room occupancy and overall revenue.

Ensureteammembershavecurrentknowledgeofhotelproducts,services,facilities,events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.

Completeauditprocedures,asneeded.

Make reservations and have knowledge of all the outlets.

Coordinateroomstatusupdateswiththehousekeepingdepartment.

Abletoworkanyshift,includingweekendsandholidays.

Recruit,interview,andtrainteammembers

PMSsystemandcashhandling

Ensuretimelyandaccuratecustomer service.

Handlecomplaintsandspecificcustomers'requests

Ensurethecompany'spoliciesandsecurityrequirementsare met.

Respondtoemergenciesonpropertyandcommunicatewithothermanagersand/or authorities, as necessary.

Servesas propertypointpersonforanyITorTelcomrelatedissuesandcoordinatesresolution with any pertinent 3rdparty vendors or systems support. Conducts initial trouble shooting such as network connectivity tests.

Requirements

Minimumfouryearshotelfrontofficeexperiencerequired.Threeyearsinhotelmanagement preferred.

PMSsystemandcashhandling

Handsonexperiencewithofficemachines

Thoroughknowledgeofcustomerservice,officemanagementandbasicbookkeeping procedures

ProficiencyinEnglish(oralandwritten)

SolidknowledgeofMSOffice,particularlyExcelandWord

Excellentcommunicationandpeopleskills

Goodorganizationalandmultitaskingabilities

Problem-solvingskills

HighSchooldiploma:additionalcertificationisaplus.
