Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing auto parts, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly line and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operators Auto Parts

Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Operate machinery and equipment to support manufacturing processes

Lift and handle bins weighing 5-8 pounds throughout the shift

Stand for the entire 8-hour shift, maintaining productivity and safety

Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations

Use walkie-talkies and computer screens to communicate and monitor production

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Ability to lift 5-8 pound bins and bags consistently

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Willingness to learn new skills and work around computers

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
