Summary You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Naval Weapons Branch of the Weapon System Fleet Engineering Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will serve as the United States Marine Corps Infantry Weapons and Foreign Military Sales Task Manager for Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division. You will be responsible for directing the lifecycle of kinetic infantry weapon systems and international procurement cases. You will manage end-to-end Foreign Military Sales processes while executing precise financial tracking and budget reconciliation. You will ensure seamless tactical coordination and the strategic delivery of allied security cooperation goals. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating and managing technical projects by drafting Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), developing and overseeing personnel task books, and executing project plans to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables. Education Additional Information The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370). This position requires exposure to small arms explosives. This position occasionally requires lifting of object over 30lbs. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
