Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

Maintain filing systems and accurate records

Coordinate office supplies, shipments, and vendor communications

Assist with data entry, expense reports, and special projects

Support leadership and team members with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Professional demeanor and customer service mindset

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
