About the Role:

As a Corporate Administrative Assistant, you will provide executive level administrative support to Senior Vice President(s) and/or Vice President(s). You will ensure all day-to-day activities are resolved by maintaining ongoing communication, organizing all routine departmental activities and handling special projects as needed. Assignments range from varied to complex.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and confidential support to the Senior Vice President (SVP), exercising sound judgment and handling sensitive information professionally.

Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.

Serve as a liaison between the SVP, employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Review, distribute, and track incoming mail and communications, ensuring timely follow-up on priority items.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents.

Coordinate business travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.

Organize on-site and off-site meetings, including venue selection, catering, materials, and logistics.

Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and departmental documentation.

Provide general office support, including document distribution, copying, and other administrative tasks.

Assist with special projects, personal matters, and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

College degree preferred.

Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize changing workloads.

Experience managing calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expense reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio).

Basic knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and financial recordkeeping.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills with minimal supervision.

Typing speed of 60+ words per minute preferred.

Additional Details:

Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Hybrid work model

Parking: On-campus parking available.

Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $36.00 per hour
