Drive Business Operations & Digital Collaboration as an Administrative Assistant!

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support key business operations and digital initiatives. In this role, you'll help maintain critical information systems, support reporting and budgeting activities, coordinate projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

SharePoint & Digital Support

Maintain and update SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible

Support the development and execution of digital strategy initiatives

Help improve communication and information-sharing across teams

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with subject matter experts to gather, organize, and communicate important business information

Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments

Support operational and administrative projects as needed

Reporting & Project Coordination

Generate reports and track key business information

Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Monitor project progress and assist with meeting deadlines and objectives

Financial & Administrative Support

Prepare and track invoices and expense reports

Assist with annual budget compilation and administrative reporting

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Operational Excellence

Apply established procedures and best practices to support business operations

Exercise sound judgment and attention to detail when handling administrative tasks

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital initiatives or business operations

Project coordination or administrative support experience

Budget tracking, invoice processing, or expense reporting experience

Experience creating reports and managing business data

Familiarity with process improvement initiatives

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
