Uniondale, NY | Base Salary + Commission

Join a growing aviation company and build a career in high-end charter sales. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ months of sales experience who enjoys relationship-building, outbound prospecting, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

Manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion.

Build strong client relationships and deliver a first-class customer experience.

Learn the aviation industry and become a trusted charter expert.

What We're Looking For

6+ months of sales, inside sales, or call center experience.

Strong cold-calling and communication skills.

Customer-focused, driven, and self-motivated.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Interest in aviation is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Uniondale, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
