Job Summary:
The AI Product Specialist supports the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) Global Business Unit. This role serves as the operational coordinator for AI initiatives, managing use-case intake, backlog maintenance, stakeholder engagement, deployment tracking, user feedback collection, communications, and adoption activities. Working closely with business stakeholders, Digital Solutions, and technical delivery teams, the AI Product Specialist helps ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value and are effectively deployed, supported, and continuously enhanced.
In addition to AI initiatives, this role supports broader Digital Solutions enablement activities, including Copilot and Cowork adoption, digital communications, knowledge management, and continuous improvement efforts across the GBU. The position is distinct from the AI Enablement Lead, which owns AI strategy, portfolio governance, prioritization, and value realization; the AI Product Specialist focuses on how AI solutions are delivered, adopted, and improved in practice.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. #LI-SM2
