Industrial Machinery Sanitation Technicians - Steady Schedule & Competitive Pay in Food Production

Pay Rate: $22.56/hour (Days) | $24.56/hour (Nights)

Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, plus every other weekend

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire (T2H)

We are hiring Industrial Machinery Sanitation Technicians for our client in Easton, Maine, with openings on both day and night shifts. These positions offer $22.56-$24.56/hour and are temp-to-hire , providing a strong pathway to long-term employment with consistent full-time hours.

Typical daily duties:

Clean and sanitize production equipment, surfaces, and work areas

Use approved chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and effectively

Follow established procedures to meet food safety and quality standards

Prepare production areas for upcoming shifts to ensure smooth operations

Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards

Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
