Sales Agent

In a Nutshell:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and drive significant revenue growth. You'll work closely with established sales leaders and industry-leading speakers, and build a robust sales pipeline with unlimited earning potential. We are seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the events, hospitality, or talent representation industries.

What You'd Do:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure high-value speaking engagements for our talent roster.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and event planners at corporations, associations, and agencies.

Proactively source and qualify new leads, building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms while avoiding future issues to navigate.

Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution.

Maintain the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales tools.

Provide valuable insights and feedback to senior management, contributing to the development of overall business strategy.

Protect all proprietary information.

Contribute to the development of sales materials and resources.

What You've Got:

Experience in sales, preferably within the events, hospitality, talent representation, or related industries.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in managing large-value contracts.

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and G Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
