The TelevisaUnivision Network Audio Division is seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our Network Audio team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, dynamic sales professional to drive revenue growth across our audio portfolio, including terrestrial radio, digital audio, podcasts, social, and experiential offerings.

The role is ideal for a motivated seller who thrives on building relationships, developing creative client solutions, and exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Sell audio assets and content solutions to drive advertising revenue growth across key accounts and new business opportunities.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients.

Cultivate and service new and existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.

Identify and develop innovative monetization solutions that address client objectives while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Collaborate across multiple departments, including TV, Audio, Digital, Business Development, and Asi Studios, to execute successful campaigns.

Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate and inspire clients on how Uforia Podcasts and other audio solutions can enhance their business.

Consistently meet and exceed advertising revenue goals.

Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

Accurately forecast revenue and provide timely daily and weekly reporting, business updates, and customer insights.

Partner closely with support teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Represent TelevisaUnivision at industry events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our value proposition and market leadership.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent comparable experience.

2+ years of media sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue goals and generating new business.

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build, manage, and convert a sales pipeline.

Experience selling audio, digital audio, podcasting, or integrated advertising solutions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Dynamic, self-motivated professional with a passion for media, advertising, and client success.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work from our office in New York; for the right candidate will consider additional TU locations

Employment/education will be verified

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Time flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations, and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlines and to attend after-hours client events

Travel Required - Ability to travel nationwide to attend client meetings

SALARY RANGE

Base Salary- $110,000 - 125,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
