Job Title: In-Market Field Recruiter, Candidate AttractionJob Description
This is a seasonal, field-based role responsible for executing candidate attraction activities in an assigned market. The role involves working under the guidance of the Market Response Specialist (MRS) to carry out tasks outlined in the MRS-provided playbook. This position is centered around executing strategies to engage with local communities and support recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
Execute weekly in-market activities such as collateral placement and material refreshes.
Conduct regular visits to community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials, including flyers, posters, and QR codes.
Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage with associates as directed by the MRS.
Attend and support local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as scheduled.
Perform grassroots canvassing, including door-to-door business outreach and posting in high-traffic community locations.
Collect and report local market intelligence observations, such as competitor signage and community feedback, to the MRS.
Maintain accurate tracking logs of all activities completed, including locations visited, materials placed, and interactions conducted.
Provide weekly activity reports to the MRS documenting execution status and field observations.
Act as a Referral Ambassador for the assigned site, engaging associates about referrals during breaks and standups.
Coordinate with community partners for material drop-offs and relationship maintenance as directed.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned market location.
Reliable personal transportation for local market travel.
Ability to work independently in the field following documented processes and a defined playbook.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and reporting activities.
Comfortable engaging with community members, local businesses, and associate populations.
Availability to work a flexible 32-hour weekly schedule, which may include some weekend, early morning, or evening hours.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in field-based outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or grassroots marketing.
Familiarity with the local community, businesses, and organizations in the assigned market.
Experience with event support or coordination.
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development environments.
Preferred 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
Work Environment
The role offers a flexible schedule with some days requiring 4 hours of work and others up to 8 hours, with the possibility of early starts or evening work based on community events. The total time in one day may occasionally extend to 10 hours. Working weekends is required. The position involves remote work with some onsite days, and travel to job fairs or events within a 30-45 minute radius is expected. Team communication is mainly virtual, with occasional in-person meetings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
