Clearly presenting findings orally and in writing. The FERC Recent Graduate Program is a two-year development program for entry-level employees. You may be eligible for conversion to a permanent or term (1 - 4 years in duration) position once you complete the program, without further competition. Specialized experience is defined as: assisting in the aggregation and cleaning of data from multiple sources using Python, R, or SQL to support the development of standardized datasets for analysis. For the GS-09: In addition to the education required for this position, you must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 level. Specialized experience is defined as: Extracting, aggregating, and cleaning complex data from relational databases via Python, R, or SQL to create standardized datasets for further analysis. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
