We're looking for a Manufacturing Team Member - CNC Operator to join our third shift team. Whether you've operated CNC equipment before or you're looking to start a career in manufacturing, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. How You'll Make an Impact

-Learn to safely set up and operate a 3-axis high-speed CNC router

-Read work orders and machine programmed parts using the correct tooling and fixtures

-Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards

-Work with CNC programmers to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency

-Load materials, change tooling, and perform machine setups as needed

-Operate a forklift to stage materials (training provided if needed)

-Learn our product line and manufacturing processes

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following established 5S practices

-Support continuous improvement efforts and help build high-quality products our customers can enjoy for years

Minimum Education Required -High school diploma or GED required

-CNC certificate or technical training preferred, but not required

Minimum Experience Required -No previous CNC or machine operating experience required-we'll train the right person

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

-Ability to read and follow work orders and detailed instructions

-Good communication and teamwork skills

-Dependability and a strong work ethic

-Ability to apply common sense and solve routine production challenges

-Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

-Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery, which may at times be noisy or warm

-Forklift operation may be required (training provided)

-This position is based in Duluth, Minnesota and requires onsite work
