Medical Writer IV

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Medical Writer IV to join their team. As a Medical Writer IV, you will be part of the Regulatory Clinical Evaluation department supporting clinical evaluation reporting and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Writer IV

Location: On-site at our Maple Grove, MN, Plano, TX, or Santa Clara, CA locations. Please note this position is not remote.

Pay Range: $63/hr w2

What's the Job?

Author and contribute to Clinical Evaluation reporting deliverables including Clinical Evaluation Plans/Reports, SSCPs, Regulatory Responses, and related documentation.

Evaluate and summarize clinical evidence from various sources such as clinical investigations, literature, and post-market surveillance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CER projects and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of clinical evaluation documents and related materials.

Assist in preparing documents for regulatory submissions and respond to complex queries from stakeholders and notified bodies.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience in a relevant field.

6-8 years of medical or scientific writing experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.

Experience with MDR compliant CERs, CEPs, and SSCPs for Class III medical devices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex tasks effectively.
