Adecco is filling an Administrative Assistant position for a global company located in Winfield, KS. This is a long-term temporary opportunity starting immediately.

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hourly Pay: # 23.00

Position Summary:

This Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management team. This position is responsible for processing business transactions, maintaining documentation, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring accurate data entry across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high volume of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office administrative, clerical, or data entry role.

Experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong data entry and records management experience.

Experience processing transactions, maintaining records, or supporting business operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word and specifically Outlook managing email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members and projects.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
