Our client is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its growing national real estate practice.

This role offers exposure to sophisticated clients, complex cross-market transactions, and collaborative work with attorneys across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

The associate will advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, joint ventures, and development-related transactions.

Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related agreements.

Manage due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, zoning, and entitlement-related reviews.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support clients on day-to-day operational real estate matters.

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.

4-6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.

Colorado Bar Admission, or ability to become admitted promptly.

Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, drafting, negotiation, and client communication.
